Terms & Conditions

The agreement behind the music.

These terms govern your use of our website and the services we provide. Please read them carefully. Last updated June 22, 2026.

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or booking services with Luxe Harmony (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply alongside any separate booking agreement you sign with us; where a signed booking agreement conflicts with these terms, the booking agreement controls.

Our services

Luxe Harmony provides curated live instrumental music for weddings, private events, and similar occasions. Specific deliverables — such as ensemble size, performance duration, repertoire, and arrangements — are defined in the quote or booking agreement for your event. We reserve the right to substitute musicians of comparable skill when necessary to fulfill a booking.

Bookings, quotes, and payment

Quotes are provided based on the details you share and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A booking is confirmed only once any required deposit and signed agreement are received. Remaining balances are due as set out in your booking agreement. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any non-refundable deposit, are described in your booking agreement. As a general guide, cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a partial refund, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Performance conditions

To protect our musicians and their instruments and to ensure a quality performance, we ask that you provide a suitable performance environment, including:

  • Adequate shelter and shade for outdoor events, with a viable backup plan for inclement weather;
  • Armless chairs and sufficient space for each musician to perform comfortably;
  • A safe, level, and dry performance area.

String instruments are sensitive to moisture and extreme temperatures. We reserve the right to relocate or pause a performance when conditions pose a risk to safety or equipment.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and arrangements — is owned by or licensed to Luxe Harmony and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission. Custom musical arrangements we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Media and promotional use

We may photograph or record our performances for portfolio and promotional purposes. If you prefer that we not use media from your event, please let us know in writing before the event date and we will honor your request.

Acceptable use of this website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or others’ use of it.

Third-party links and services

Our website may link to or embed third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Harmony is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid for that booking.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Harmony and its musicians from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website or services.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
