entertainment for company holiday party in Miami

We offer solo violinists and vocalists with backing tracks, as well as duets, string trios, quartets, and full string orchestras for a grand impression. Piano, harp, guitar, and other instruments are also available for elegant holiday entertainment. Our musicians create a festive atmosphere that encourages mingling while allowing conversation and meaningful connections to flow naturally.

Choosing the right ensemble comes down to three things: your guest count, your musical selections, and the atmosphere you want to create.

1. Consider your guest count.

For intimate weddings with fewer than 20 guests, a solo can create a beautifully intimate atmosphere. For larger celebrations of 50 + guests, we typically recommend a string quartet or small orchestra to provide a fuller musical presence that complements the size of your event.

2. Think about your music selections.

Your repertoire plays a significant role in choosing your ensemble. A string quartet is especially well suited for classical selections because its four instruments can capture the different musical parts of the original compositions. For modern and pop music, a duet can be a wonderful choice. However, if you're dreaming of that lush, nostalgic holiday sound, a string quartet or small orchestra is what brings that signature richness to life.

3. Understand how each instrument contributes to the sound.

Think of a traditional rock band. You have a singer, guitarist, bassist, and drummer, each contributing something unique to the music. Remove one, and the overall sound changes.

String ensembles work similarly. Our professional musicians can thoughtfully arrange your favorite songs to sound beautiful with just one or two instruments, but each additional musician introduces another musical voice, creating greater depth, harmony, and richness.

It's the same reason orchestras can feature 80 or more musicians. Every instrument contributes another layer to the musical experience.

Ultimately, it's not just about how many musicians you have. It's about choosing the right combination to bring your musical vision to life. That's where our music concierge experience comes in. We'll guide you toward the ensemble that best complements your favorite songs, your celebration, and the atmosphere you envision.

Pricing varies by day, location and ensemble.  Weekday celebrations offer more favorable rates than high-demand weekends.

Soloists start at $700 on weekdays and $900 on weekends, while string quartets begin at $2,500 on weekdays and $3,500 on weekends. Small orchestras start at $10,000 for weekdays and $12,000 for weekends.

The first hour represents the largest investment, with additional hours offering greater value. For example, extending a string quartet from one hour to three adds just $1,500, allowing you to enjoy more music throughout your celebration.

Pricing also depends on your event location and instrument availability, as certain instruments and ensembles may vary by region.
